I don’t get the hype train. Beyonce’s latest album is called “Lemonade”, but her tracks don’t sound that appealing. Nowadays you can peddle subpar or crappy music, but as long as the visuals are “powerful”, it will sell. It’s no different than putting a pretty girl who can’t sing on album cover and dumb boys will buy it up thinking she’ll be their girlfriend. In Beyonce’s case, women are screaming “girl power”. Rihanna’s killing cheating men, and Beyone’s beating shit up with bats. So they’re not singing about themselves anymore. Now it’s rage against men and cheating men. If male gangsta rappers depicted violence against cheating women, what would happen? Double standard much?

Never heard of this, how can it have a movie, but it looks funny. I think only reason it wouldn’t appeal to audience is because protagonists are older and “ugly” women. But it’s not like that’s not accurate to what they would actually look like in the modeling industry.

LOL. It has happened to me. But it really depends on what is being said and from whom. If there’s mutual attraction, of course it’s not an insult.

I am almost in constant state of depression, but I don’t take any meds for it. In other words, meds can’t solve what you don’t want to solve yourself. It really is all in your head but at the same time, depression is a part of life. You just have to deal with it, stay strong.

VERY CONTROVERSIAL video from an Ethiopian “black” woman that “rips” on black American women for being ineligible to date outside their own race. She is married to an Asian man. I don’t want to sound like I’m racist, being an Asian American man myself, but from an objective point of view, I have to say most of what she’s saying is a very objective observation. There are many video responses to her video coming from black American men and women defending black American women, but I think it really is an overreaction. Of course there are black women who are exceptionally rare who don’t fit this woman’s observations, but I think this happens to be a pretty accurate observation, although very depressing one.

As they say, in America, black women and Asian men are at the bottom of the mating pool. A lot of it is propaganda but it also steep in the aftermath of history.

So I suppose what people should take away from this is you better learn how to love, real love, for people outside of your own circle. Find REAL LOVE.

It may have been an oversight by Disney, but in real life, lionesses in a single pride mate with the head of the pride, the “Lion King”, so all the cubs are fathered by him. Male lions kill cubs that aren’t theirs. So that means Nala and Simbas are half-siblings. Although in real life, the male cubs would eventually go off on their own, they wouldn’t mate with their siblings. Funny how themes of sexuality that were so “well-researched” by Disney seemed to leave out this fact. They steal the imagery and bits and pieces of the “culture” and leave out anything so it’s more convenient story-telling.

“KTown Cowboys” trailer

Following in the footsteps of “Better Luck Tomorrow”, here’s another movie featuring a predominantly Asian male cast in an American film.

But I’m half on-board with it because the cast is a bunch of mid to late 30-year-olds doing what is normally depicted as the norm for white 20 somethings. It shows that Asian men can’t catch a break as alpha males, even if they are successful in life. Asian men are delayed by a good 10 to 20 years before they are seen as alpha males in America and before they can have a dime-a-dozen “stoner party” type movie like this.

It’s like a college graduate going back to middle school to prove how successful he is. As a pro, it’s good that this kind of movie is finally being made. As a con, it’s all the implications about actual society that has to be relived.

When you see younger Asian YouTube stars like Ryan Higa, KevJumba, MyChonny in sexual contexts, it’s hard to suspend your disbelief that they are sexually active Asian males, because maybe the culture perpetuates and has conditioned us to think that Asian men are sexless. They look like men, but you can clearly see that they act like pre-pubescent boys, so any sexual connotation goes out the window.

But then you see the KTown Cowboys, who are clearly older men and more dignified in behavior, and you know they have sexual prowress. It’s very subtle propaganda. The only thing is the public had to wait until these Asian men looked like old men before they could be accepted as sexual and mature adult males.

Tragically, Justin Bieber and the KTown Cowboys are in the same category in America. That’s just FUCKED UP, isn’t it?

And then she becomes a prostitute and picks up some scary looking dudes like Norman Reedus.

Is this the misery of being a woman? I dunno, them French women sure think their life is this dramatic. They got a German playing a French woman, and a chinky-eyed redneck playing the lead white knight. It’s a topsy turvy world.
